Modern style kitchen and hallway
If we imagine our kitchen in a minimalist style, we can make the most efficient use of the available space with ergonomic solutions, while creating an attractive, clean look.
Think in terms of three colors: primary, secondary, and complementary shades. Instead of overly striking colors, choose basic and more subdued shades. The kitchen and hallway are in the same space, so we used the selected colors, lava gray, rose gold, and oak, in both areas.
„A room can never allow the eye to settle in one place.” Juan Montoya
We used rose gold as a decorative accent in the design. We incorporated it into the door fronts and the back of the glass-door cabinet. We chose white Lacobel glass for the back of the kitchen, creating a contrast with the gray matte color. We made a door for the small storage space under the stairs in the hallway, with an upholstered, riveted mirror frame that opens with a push.

The kitchen appliances are located at the back of the kitchen. To make the most of the space in the inner corner, a kitchen shutter was installed instead of a hinged door, behind which the coffee maker is located.

A tall storage cabinet has been built into the hallway to store outdoor clothing, coats, and shoes. The rose gold decor and oak wood are also featured here, as in the kitchen. To avoid the “big white wall,” i.e., the white glossy fronts, from looking boring, I broke up the color with rose gold decor.
